Salvador ran out of the camp to see two new girls walking around with Death to the camp.

Salvador lead his clan to the battle of full moon. It was time. The battle was about to start. He was about to battle the Northern Blood's. Bloody Moon, his sister, came with him to battle. He new that his sister was older then him, so he was forced to let her come. He heard a loud noise, as if it was a battle cry. 

Out of know where Northern Blood's started to attack. Bloody Moon was the first to start fighting. Meanwhile Salvador was making sure that his mom, Death Feather, was okay in the camp with the others. Salvador came in his mother's den and found her laying on the ground. 

He sat his mom up on  of the den. He felt tears in his eyes. (My mother's dead. What am I gonna tell Bloody Moon?) Bloody Moon walked in the den, eyes wide as she looked at her mother. I stared in amazement and horror, and then realized that the person-which, as I looked at him, was a boy-was extending his hand to lift me up. I took it thankfully. When I stood up, the world tipped to the left, and I stumbled. The boy caught me with strong hands. I looked at him and finally was able to look in on his features. The boy was only about 13 or 14. He had a shock of freckles, and a pointy nose, with rosy cheeks, and a mane of curly black hair. He had this quirky smile on his face, and his eyes glinted with mischief. He was dressed in a smithy outfit, complete with a tool belt, which had nothing in it. He also had some sturdy black boots. "You alright?" His voice was kind of squeaky, like he was just getting through puberty, right in the middle of high and low. "I'm fine," I replied, though he raised one of his eyebrows, pretty sure I was lying. I was of course. My favorite band had just turned into a couple of ugly, unearthly mermaids! My hands and legs trembled, and I almost fell over. I managed to stand, and asked, "What were those?" "Sirens. Probably why all the people in this room are asleep!" He grinned, like this was some kind of joke. I was not laughing. "Who are you?" I asked, not really wanting an answer, but it felt good to talk. "Oh! My apologies." He said it with a great bow. "Leo Valdez, engineer extraordinaire, son of Hephaestus."
