Destiny is a shy but brave 15 year old girl who lives on the outskirts of the abandoned part of the redwood national forest. A place believed to be haunted. But Destiny goes out everyday to the woods to discover more and more until she finds a beautiful lake with beautiful moss covered trees, that looks like it's from a movie. It was unreal. She meets a new friend. Tamanaki, who tells her she's not human. But a hero in another world.
