What becomes of you after you die? Most souls do move on to either a heaven or hell, however some souls don't get that luxury. Some are called upon the Divine to become "Reapers" working with Death himself. A Reaper's job is to collect and harvest souls so those can go to heaven or hell. That is, until recently. Demonic attacks and possessions have been rising in the city of Los Angeles. Death has initiated a team of his best Reapers to help him take down the demons. Vivienne is a girl who had only just died, and her death was gruesome. She learns that she too is a Reaper, and she's going to be a part of Death's team.
