Tommy Evans is the schools hottest guy and he was the schools bad boy. So why would he ever talk to some one like Jordan. When he moves next door and befriends he brothers, Jordan has no choice but to hang with him. She never liked the popular people as they always thought about them selves and only cared about there looks.
