Kevin doesn't want to leave the city. He has so many friends, so many enemies, and so many experiences he's just leaving for the small town of Partridge, Idaho. His opinion of the small town drastically changes when two murderers who call themselves Comedy and Tragedy go on a killing rampage at the old junior high. After the killers start attacking his peers, Kevin decides to gather a team to find and take down the killers once and for all.
