Emotions are curious things. They affect us in astonishing ways. They give us incentive to act the way we act, to do the things we do, and to think the things we think. And the thing is, they have always been there and they always will be. They are like a plague, a disease without a cure, and we must consider the way they consider us.
This is a book of poetry taking the form of letters written to various emotions that humans experience.

Writing it all out helps me let go of the mess in my head.
