"Once upon a time, there was a happy little girl...
... then she grew up and turned into a monster"

Heaven Evangeline Regent. Finally free from that... prison, shall we say. Everyone thought she had died- because that's what the Ministry had told them. But, in reality, that was only said to console the families of the victims.

Being an Andras is a rare thing, and Heaven is one of these rare creatures. In a world where everyone has only one power someone who can do everything and anything frightens the people of Accil and beyond. Afterall, you don't need a weapon when you were born one.

Heaven was meant to be the future Queen of Accil, but something 'came up' and now she will never become Queen. A Queen can never be someone like her. A girl like her who has nothing to her name but a burned town and the ability to survive. But really, no one expected an angel to set the world on fire, and it's amazing really, how much destruction one person can cause.

Why was she in my dream?" Stella thought to herself, dreams had meaning didn't they? There had to be some sense to Stella's dream, maybe Stella would find out if she had another dream. "I wonder if she has powers too, she looks like it. I'm not really sure if I want to find out, that was freaky."
