Shadow is a runt, born into the Shendi River Pack. His mother was an omega, Dendi, a mellow, gentle soul, and his father was the alpha, Turuk, a cruel and merciless leader, known for killing several wolves, pups and all. Thrown out by his own father for his lack of size and strength, Shadow must over come many obstacles, yet one question shall remain. Will he survive, return home to his pack, and forgive Turuk for his exile? Or will Shadow suffer with a burden, dragging him down to his death?
