A brutal storm brews over an idyllic, Norwegian town. Local cemetery bones were found to have been washed out of their graves. After the recent downpour, a young girl ventures outside and unknowingly finds an ancient set of bones with a certain demonic origin. Ethereal hauntings and possessions stem from the incident, making her commit to merciless actions in her sleep while waking up with no recollecting memory. After several midnight-murder incidences, a curious boy manages to entangle himself in the girl's downward spiraling fate to the demon, Abaddon.

He is somewhat aided by the Assyrian deity Pazuzu and a psychic, one-armed girl he befriends. The tone is quite irreverent and there's plenty of tongue-in-cheek but there's a pervasive paranormal/horror element, as well as strong philosophical overtones. I plan to add a chapter every couple of days or so. There are nine chapters in total. Or maybe eight. It doesn't matter. You get the point.Complete
