This is a re-write of a story I started about a year ago and never finished.

Naya is an obea for the Mac'Oyana clan. She takes deformed wolves off to a place to die. Deformed pups are considered to be "unhealthy blood". These wolves' parents are forced to leave the clan and can never mate with the same partner again.
