12 year old girl, who is magic, Heather Jones takes in a 3 year old girl, Angel, who didn't want to go to school or grow up she gives her a name, food, shelter and anything extras but in the end when it comes down to school, Heather has to try and convince Angel to go to school. Once Heather is 19 they make a deal. Along the way Heather meets a man same age as her and both get talking. Did Heather move to Florida to get away from humans or to hook up with boys like her kind?
