La leggenda del castello stregato è un libro fantasy ambientato in epoca medioevale. I luoghi, i personaggi e le vicende narrate sono tutte opere di fantasia. Esso parla di un conte e di suo figlio Victor che vivono in un magnifico castello situato su un'isoletta in mezzo a un lago. Il feudo si trova dall'altra parte della riva e comprende oltre ad alcuni villaggi anche una foresta infestata dai fantasmi, dalle bestie feroci e dai banditi. Al suo interno vi abita anche un mago oscuro. Quando Victor diventa adulto  sembra destinato a spostarsi con la figlia del conte Edward, ma ad un certo punto  fa una terribile scoperta ...
