I remember one time, when I was with my boyfriend, walking down to the park. He was such a sweet man to me and kind and loving and always respected me. We ran around the park and tackle each other to the grass and laugh. Such a pleasant moment, just the both of us. Young age, and I was in love with him, his blue eyes, his sweet, sweet smile, and his personality. I though he was the one......till i noticed he kept checking out girls in the park. It broke my heart a lot, knowing that he must be thinking of breaking up with me, or worse, cheating on me. Those feelings haven't left once we left the park. I asked him....
"Baby? Why were you checking out those girls in the park?"
"What?" he said,
"I saw you checking out some girls in the park, don't act like you haven't."
"ummm....ummmm...I wasn't, I don't know what you're talking about." he kept stuttering, which made me feel like he was lying to me, but i trusted him.
"Oh, alright then, I guess I must be seeing things. Sorry"
"It's alright" he said, shaking a little
I still wasn't a hundred percent sure if he was just lying to me or telling me the truth, but we been dating for over 2 years so I knew he wouldn't lie to me.
We walked back to my house and decided to watch a movie, we sat on the couch and cuddled and smiled to each other. After those sweet memories I was barely remembering that once a while, he would check his phone every 5 to 10 minutes. Which got me worried and once again, those feelings of probably him cheating on me came back.
"Babe? Why are you checking your phone? We're watching a movie"
"Oh ummm...there's a ummm...message, yes a message i'm wait...ting for my science teacher. To check if I missed anything else o....n my re...search paper." he responded, stuttering a little.
Me, being blind I totally believed him and I just went with it.
