When you're younger, all you want is to grow up and do great things, to make your daddy proud and your momma smile. That's it. Children are very short-sighted. Life is so much more complicated than that and you don't even realize it until you're fully grown and life is rushing at you faster than you can handle. The only thing to do is pretend, to live the life meant for you. But how can you when you're fighting a war and you don't even know who the enemy is? How can you hold onto the person you were? Everything is changing.

Or what they want me to do, to be able to tell me who I... am?' I stared at the castle in front of us. Feeling sick and weird and very much out of place. Where was this coming from? And why on earth was I telling him? Book 2 - year 3 of a series about the marauders from Lily Evans POV. Lily Evans gets a second change in life to change her past and therefor the future of all those around her. Unfortunately, she has forgotten what will happen to her future self. She has no idea why she has nightmares about a deer, black dog and rat or why she has all these strange memories of older versions of herself and the annoying Gryffindors she's supposed to hate. After all, being a Slytherin comes with some prejudices. This story will take place during the marauders time at Hogwarts, all seven years and a few years after, during the war. As you will notice, I made a few alterations in this story that aren't aligned with the original one, but you will soon discover it's way more interesting to change the timeline a bit and put Lucius Malfoy and Ballatrix Black in the same school as the marauders.Concluída

My feet were nailed to the floor and I could only stare at her. I saw my school career at Hogwarts pass me by in a flash as I imagined what she would do if she caught us here. But then I felt a hand in mine. He pulled me back just as Madam Pince took one last step forward causing her to collide with us. He had dragged me behind a cabinet and we looked between the books as she stared for a moment more at where we had just stood. "Must be Potter and his trouble-making friends," she muttered, "always messing with me... little mischiefs." Book 1 - year 1 and 2 of a series about the marauders from Lily Evans POV. The 22-year year old woman trapped in the body of her past self starts her first year at Hogwarts, but after a couple of months her memories of her past self start to fade. This story will take place during the marauders time at Hogwarts, all seven years and a couple years after, during the war.
