Gravity

Pepper thinks she is a normal girl, or as normal as a girl gets in a military family. But she still has all of the things a girl needs friends, clothes, sleepovers, parties, etcetera. She has no idea that she is in a long line of family members with powers that "normal" people could never imagine. Soon she finds out about her power and is astounded that many people she knows have powers much like hers. She is even more surprised to find that there is a place for people like herself. The Gifted Personnel Corps or GPC. She spends weeks there being taught by her mentor, Eric. Then she is betrayed. Eric is dead and she is suspected as the killer. She is going to have a trial and it is almost certain that she will go to prison for life. So she escapes with her most trusted friends to find out not only who her enemies and Eric's killer is but also who set her up and wanted her put away for good.
