This isn't lighthearted and sweet. My poems retell stories of heartache and fear.

These poems are a mix between my own experiences and fiction
I hope my words leave you with some meaning and have some conviction.
I like to dig pretty deep, going straight to the core
So these poems can get rather dark and can be pretty raw.

So enter my world and you will see
Some of the darker things that lurk within me.
This book is for all of you going through some tough times

Hello, I don't write to inform you or to show you my life story. I write to show that you can move on from the past and let go. The only way you can move on it is to forgive yourself and the people who have hurt your soul. I write for the damaged, to let them know I see them suffering in silence. This book is about overcoming the hells of life and letting yourself enjoy the good things that you have. I wrote this when I was going through a really hard time in my own life. This book was my safe place. It's a place for me to express my feelings and to be 100% open with myself. This book has reminders, poetry, tips and tricks, quotes, texts about meaning with life, happy moment and even sad moments. A little bit of everything life can throw at you. I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal. (You don't necessarily have to read from start to finish) If you for an example have a bad day, I have a chapter for you about seeing it thru a different perspective than what people normally tell you. Or if you feel like you want to know what happiness is or feels like, I have different definition of that in different chapters for you my dear! There are moments in life when you have to let yourself feel, the pain the trauma, the depression the anxiety.
