Star Wars: Duel of the Fates
This is my version of the third chapter of the new Star Wars trilogy. I will not change anything that happened in either Force Awakens or Last Jedi. I will uphold the restrictions that resulted from the sad death of Carrie Fisher and will only draw from the deleted scenes or audio from pre-existing Star Wars movies and properties. Whilst I appreciated what Last Jedi was trying to do, I did not actually like it. However, I have no intention of undoing any of the main plot points or revelations that were in it. E.g. Rey will certainly not be a Palpatine. The story will not contain any Reylo. I know, I know: I love it too, but it was really weird seeing it as canon in the Rise of Skywalker. Do not expect it here. I am a big Star Wars fan and will be adding things from as wide a field as possible. All planets will be based on actual places mentioned or visited in the various movies and tv shows. p.s This is a Star Wars fanfiction that takes place after TROS with minor alterations and essentially what I'd do to take the story further and explore potential story arcs. This is primarily a Damerey fanfiction but I wanted to build up the rest of the characters. Some characters that were introduced in the movie may not appear here. // The Resistance won but it was far from over. They still had a lot of work to do to recoup what they had lost. The only known remaining Jedi severely injured, leaving everyone to question whether it is truly the end of the Jedi. Poe Dameron struggles to live up to the leader Leia once was and Finn makes a decision that will have an impact on his life. // I do not own any of the characters in this story.
