Noelle Snow is a cousin of S.T.A.R Labs employee, Caitlin. Noelle moves away from her life in Starling City because of her abusive ex boyfriend, Chris. Hoping to find a new life in Central City she hops on a train with a few duffel bags and goes to live with her cousin. When she gets there her life is turned upside down with friendship, loss, anger, jealousy, and love. It all just happened in a flash.
