Crossed: Clues

As an orphan, Penelo lives in her dorm, at Alexander Vanity's private school, in Portland, Washington. They've provided her with everything she needs, since she was 6 years old. But when everyone vanishes, black creatures start roaming, and a strange letter with clues is left to her, she has to go on a journey across North America with others like her, to figure out what happened.
