" I know I make you nervous" He whispered in my ear so close I could feel his cool breath fanning the back of my neck.

"No you don't" I said trying to have confidence in my voice, to my dismay it came out more breathless.

"Oh don't I? He turns now facing me as I see his classic smirk plastered on his face. He leans in and my heart starts beating a hundred miles per hour. I can't help but glance up at his eyes, which was a big mistake because I find myself wishing he would just kiss me already. Right as I am about to close the gap between us, he takes a step back.

"I'll see you tomorrow Princess" he says with a low voice and with that he turned around and started walking home leaving me frozen and speechless. Had that really just happened?
