Everybody knows about them. Humans aren't supposed to go outside when it's night. If they go outside, they die. They get killed by them. The vampires. If they go outside and don't get killed, then they're mostly likely taken in as a blood slave. Being a blood slave is looked down upon. It's viewed similar to prostitution. The blood, the body, and eventually the mind is stripped away till there's nothing left. Till there's nothing left in a man named Zuriel. He's the start of everything and sets things in motion. He's surrounded by witches, hybrid abominations, lycans, werewolves, and a whole list of things. All he has to do is keep his humanity in check and survive because vampires aren't the strongest creatures out there.Concluida
The Darkness of Beasts and Men
This is a short story about a young man and an incident he (somewhat) overcomes. This is a werewolf story, yes, but not a cliche-d one I hope, as it includes much more unhappiness and gore and such. There is no swearing, no nasty in-bed stuff, but there is gore. I mean, animal-mauling-blood-everywhere gore. Sorry, but in a werewolf reality, it would be rather dark and disturbing. If you do not like those things, please do not read for your own sake. Other than that, mild humor included. No idea if I'm going to write another story with the same sort of people or not, so I will get back to you later about that. Anyways, have fun and good luck.
