Charlotte is just an ordinary girl suffering with schizophrenia, as far as she knows. She assumes everything she sees is just all symptoms of her schizophrenia, but with these new events happening around her, she starts to question more than ever about what is real and what isn't. What's more, the people around her seeming to not only be increasing in numbers, but also keeping a very watchful eye on her.
