Night of Betrayal

14th April, 2012:- 23:30 hours
I was standing near the railing of the world's largest ship, the RMS Titanic, clad in my white wedding gown & clutching the solitaire in my hand. I was looking down at the vast, endless Atlantic Ocean, dark, deep, holding so many secrets that humanity may never come to know about, & soon I was going to become a part of it. Tears were rolling down my face & suddenly, as if to measure the depth of my death bed I dropped my solitaire into the water .It went down silently & I said to myself, "I promised never to part from you & I never break my promises.” I stood on the railing & was about to embrace death when suddenly.....
