The year is 2018 and planet Earth has given man kind everything that it has to offer, to the point that the planet is dying away. Most of the earth is in ruin which made all the leaders from all the nations meet together on a secret island for two weeks to come up and form a plan for man kind's survival, and so the United Space Administration or USA for short was form.
