Seychelle is Mr. Hitachi's scholar. Pietro and Yukio are the twin sons of Mr. Hitachi's younger brother. 
They are students of Ukiyo University, Japan's elite international school for future movers of the world.
She ranked 25th among all the second year students. The older of the twins, Pietro owns the top spot.
Both were assigned to Class AA, a special section for the top 25 students of each year level.
The younger one, Yukio attends at Class 2-C. 
Seychelle's classmates are beyond human average.
