Mystery
After a falling out with her mother, Lynn Dawson, one summer out of high school, is exiled to Blue Skies, Calfornia- a community stuck in the middle of the Mojave Desert where sixty-five was considered middle-aged- where she is supposed to "blaze her own trail". Then she met Lia, a native to the small town and talented director of the Community Center and the local retirement homes. The two automatically hit it off, but when a cold case resurfaces and people around the town start dying, their friendship hits a brick wall. As Lynn digs further down into the history of the town, she discovers that it, and Lia, held a dreadful secret.

You think your life sucks? Get a load of Lynn's. She's been a good girl her whole life, even thought her mother hates her. She suffered alone through a rejection, and joined the military to get away. She was injured by a land mine that detonated while she was overseas. Lynn must return home. What awaits her there? Is there a second chance for Lynn? More importantly, what about her first mate? If anyone gains something from Lynn, it's him. He needs her to get the powers of a true alpha. Sadly for him, Lynn grew up. Big time. *CONTAINS SOME MINOR (ok maybe major) LANGUAGE* (And also some ass-kicking. You have been warned) To everyone commenting that this is not realistic, it's called fiction for a reason...
