Part 2 of my Dovahkiin story. 

A year has passed since Kat fought Alduin at the Throat of the World. She and her friends are trying to find the City of Clouds, but they have no luck, until the victims of Alduin's evil sends for help from Paarthurnax, that decides that the rebellion should be summoned once more.
Kat joins and soon they'll be on the way to hell, literally.

Follows the main quest lines of the game, weaving them into a story of adventure and romance, with numerous twists on the canon. I'm hoping it's equally enjoyable for those who've played the game and those who haven't. Trigger warnings: rape is mentioned, one is attempted and prevented, but none are completed. Some other sexual assault. The first chapters are PG-13, but later ones become R-rated. (Feedback on appropriate ratings appreciated.) Skyrim is part of the Elder Scrolls series of games, copyright by Bethesda Softworks. The image for the book cover is from the game. I've only posted Part I here, but will soon post the rest (four parts total, 62 chapters). I've worked in nonfiction up to now because it's easier for me to describe places and events I can experience first-hand. I'm hoping that writing this fanfic will be a bridge to doing more of my own fiction.

The kingdom is in bad shape: the kidnapping of youths for slavery is rampant. A group of rebels choose to fight the king and make the kingdom a better place, rescuing slaves and killing enemies along the way. The world of TES5:Skyrim (locations and names) was used as a setting, but the main characters are original.
