Desde hace bastante siglos han sido escritas historias sobre vampiros; sin embargo, siempre nos han enseñado que ellos no existen, hasta tal punto que se han convertido en leyenda o en mitología.
Durante la Edad Media se realizó la mayor persecución del vampirismo que haya existido en la Historia, pero gracias al libre pensamiento, muchos han creído que las historias de vampiros son únicamente producto de la imaginación. Por esta razón hemos sobrevivido, siendo cuasi imperceptibles. Estamos en una época donde nos encontramos muy fortalecidos y dispuestos ha destruir a todo aquel que procure nuestra destrucción, entiéndase bien que no somos asesinos por placer, aunque no podemos desconocer la crueldad de los humanos. ¿Merecen morir? Eso es lo que quiero saber, si es que antes no he muerto.

Have you ever thought that vampires existed? When you think of vampires, do garlic and stakes come to mind? Well, vampires do exist, but we are not what you think. Vampires aren't just blood-craving monsters who hunt humans; we are peaceful. We do have sharp fangs, that much is true, but we aren't allergic to garlic; in fact, some of us love it, myself included. We don't burst into flame, or melt in the sunlight, and we definitely do not sparkle in the sun either. As vampires, we live for thousands, and sometimes even hundreds of thousands of years (if a pesky, self-righteous human doesn't drive a stake into our heart first...). I am not young by vampire terms. New and young vampires, are "Newlings". Until a vampire is at least one hundred years old, they can't turn a human into a vampire, and are considered a Newling. But I'm what we call a "Maturling". Maturlings are at least a century old. In vampire years, I'm one hundred, on the dot. Though in human years, I'm about twenty-one. There is a third category of vampires called "Purelings". Purelings are vampires who have always been － well, vampires, － and have never had a single human in their family tree. Purelings, unlike all other vampires, can turn a human at any age. (Imagine being turned into a vampire by a toddler... yikes). Like with all cultures, there are things that are forbidden. For vampires, we are not allowed, by any means, to turn a human out of spite, or if they refuse to be one of us, but when feelings are surface, they can change things forever...Concluída

During the medieval times, vampires were known as demons from hell. They were hunted and killed, nearly exterminating their entire species. Then in the late 1800s, they were simply hunted for sport. Kind of like fishing, it wasn't important, just a pastime. During the 1950s to the early 2000s, vampires didn't even exist, just a fantasy made up by desperate book writers and silly teenage girls who dreamed of sparkling pale men with a thirst for their blood. Now, however, in 2063, vampires practically rule the world. Their aren't a lot of them so to speak, but the ones that do exist are very powerful. Most of the presidents and other high powers are open vampires. Hell, even I work for one. I almost forgot to introduce myself. I'm Zero Kiryu, and I have a very big secret. Two really, one is that I absolutely hate vampires. Despise them, even. I'm one of those 'assholes' as they say, that patrol at night to keep rogues at bay. My other secret, well even vampires don't know that one. I happen to be a vampire myself; I just have a very powerful seal on me. Blue Rose University contains apocalyptic events with, witches, werewolves, and vampires involved in the timeline from the past to the future. The werewolves, witches, and vampires were at war with each other, because of their views on life, how they eat, and what they do. (Witchcraft, Drinking blood, and their appearance after a transformation) And because of these conflicts the humans have to watch, die, or suffer. And the humans view this as the end of the world. Humans fear death, and have 0 options to avoid this problem in this time period. Would you want to become a vampire to live longer and experience the things that you haven't fulfilled in life? Or be a witch(animal)and get ridiculed by humans who don't except you for your religion or what you practice. You may even be drawn to werewolves and enjoy the feeling of freedom, but kill people after a transformation, and be the reason for a shortage of animals in a farm. Also, if you had the chance to kill an entire race of creatures that have opposing viewpoints would you do it? Few survive this, and the people who do, they lose their mind, like they were cursed. You can only gather from them that he was beautiful, his voice was like an angel's, and that when he took you into the ocean, he became a monster. He only hunted young men, women, teens, and the occasional twelve-year old. It was terrifying, because the people had no way to stop him. Every night, someone would go missing, or come back insane. They knew he lived in the ocean, and when people tried to bomb the area where they thought the monster lived, they would either be cursed, or just eaten by the sea monster himself. And the people who came back insane, they would always wander over the fact that the monster had not even a scratch on him. Teens, young men and women would fear for their lives, and lock themselves in their houses at night. But only one person refused to hide, either in bravery or utter stupidity. That person was Will Solace. So basically, this story is based on the cover art of the book. I just thought it was such a great idea and wanted to put it to story. I saw another person do this and they used the same cover art, and I hope you guys like my version! I, personally very much like it and hope you guys do to! Over centuries people thought Vampires are fictional,not real.Little did they know they are existing in this world,they thought wrong and now they have over taken 70% of the human population.Humans are caught and used as food until dead ;a slave or lastly "blessed" to become a vampire.For those 30% of humans still left we live between walls and set into little villages.We are always in need of food and medicine ,therefore everyone in these villages has one or two jobs.As in for me,Aspen;I am a supply finder.I go outside the walls and find medicines,foods and other things like clothes and such.I risk my life doing this pretty much every day. Its a sad life but I rather be here then be one with vampires any day.Over my dead body. 5 Vile & Ignoble Tales
This is a collection of five miscreant tales: "The Grotesque There Is", "A Mere Clock", "Mayara", "The Lethargy" and "Animalia". Here are the synopses of each story in this book: "The Grotesque There Is" is actually a performance of two short stories. The first (initially called "Equine Hiring") is a mostly dialogue story about a horse in a job interview. The second tells the chronicle of the two men who stood in the rain. "A Mere Clock" is a narrative in the 1st person that tells the adventures of a mere wristwatch. At the first impact, the characters seem far from the reader, but the last paragraph ends up in a contemporary narration. "Mayara" tells the story of an egoistic girl that falls in love with a young man. Later, this man doesn't satisfy himself with her selfishness and ends up infuriating the girl, which leads to a series of tragedies and anguish, all due to the destructible retaliation. "The Lethargy" is an imaginary, almost parabolic narrative where the protagonist is a sleepy student disappointed in himself. "Animalia" is a first-person novelette of a teenage love affair between a bass player and a pretty who turns out to be a beast, making the story a real wild and raw mess. PS.: Some of these stories may present sensitive content and metaphorical representation of violence, although I do not consider any of these occurrences really timely characterised as 'mature content' since such matters are dealt with discreetly and with no compromise.
