A man with a seriously messed up life and a load of mental problems made a lot of mistakes in his life but one stands above the rest. The story is about one man with a broken mind doing everything he can to try and make up for the wrong he did and find the woman he loves. This story is very intense and isn't for light reading. I think of the story like this: This isn't the story of a hero slaying a dragon and rescuing the princess. Nor is this a story about a hero who triumphs over evil and rescues the maiden in peril. This is the story of a man, who fights as much with himself, as he does the world around him. He is no hero, he is simply a man, trying to make the best he can of himself, and fix what he broke. He is both the protagonist, and antagonist of this story, because he does as much harm to himself as he does good.Complete

In a apocalyptic world, no one has a soul. All children are born from either abuse, or women raise them to abuse/manipulate. The earth is almost completely desolate, as people trick and murder each other to get what they want. The only thing left that gives a semblance of dreams is: a power that gives control over earth to anyone who touches the item. People form teams to attempt finding the thing, to destroy all life they see as unnecessary, they further trick and murder each other to get what they want, including the thing... The search for destruction destroys everyone who reaches to the power.Complete

There are a million possibilities. Possibilities that we don't get to travel. Possibilities that we don't get to see. Possibilities that can cause even the smallest changes. My possibility, well, let's just say that gifted teenagers, biological experimentation, mutants from another world and worldwide panic are a part of it and it's up to me and my friends to save it. The balance of the universe is all about the balance of the forces. If one power is stronger than another then the earth would literally turn upside down and everyone and everything would die or cease to exist- that is in theory. I thought it was some hoax to make sure that the on going war between the heavens and the underworld does not end and underworld forces do not win. What if it is true and all I have to do is make everything right and we all go back to our lives?
