Caroline Forbes is a 27 year old from New York City, USA. Born and raised in the small town of Pittsburgh. After moving cities after her parents death, she becomes vulnerable and rebellious.
However after having her son, she changes the way she lives and lands the job as detective for the NYPD, she later got promoted to the homocide department where she met the love of her life.
Work takes a nasty turn when she and her son become targeted by a criminal: The Masterpiece.
The Masterpiece is a serial killer -who has been on the run for 6 years- bit of a coincidence that Caroline's son is 6 years old though, isn't it?
Will Caroline and her son survive the torture coming ahead? Or will they be tormented for the rest of their lives?
Warning: gore/swearing may be found in this story, by gore I mean blood -there may be some graphic scenes which are normally shown in crime films/TV shows but considering this is a written story it will have a lot of detail to it.
