Last Words (NaLu short story)

It's funny what can happen in a single second. What nobody sees, what nobody hears, what nobody notices in that second is my secret.

One girl.

One boy.

I can't really explain what happened, as I said, it was over in a second. I knew what would happen though. I knew it would come, and I don't regret keeping that a secret.

One second.

One curse.

With a few days left, I wanted to spend time with you all. I would laugh and rejoice, maybe a little more than usual, but it was normal.

Five days.

No ways.

There was no way to prevent it, so why tell you? I would rather be happy with you than sad.

One death.

One book.

Many memories.

Last words.
