Six. Six aspects of energy. Six humans to host them. Fourteen-year-old Allison Trenbalm is one of these six special humans. In the year 2295, a world of alien immigration, advanced technology, and a new world government, she is whisked away to the Academy for the Regulars and All Those Otherwise as a result of this energy. With adjusting to academy life, learning to control her power, a creature roaming the station, and the impending opening of the Havoc Rift, Allison and these other special humans have a lot on their plate. Six humans must control their power. Six humans must close the rift.

She comes to realize the world isnt as unforgiving and cold as it seems. She's saved by a native who dislikes humans as much as the next guy but shes intent on sticking by his side in order to survive. The only issue being is the last thing he wants is a pathetic, weak human girl following him around. (Limited time only read!) Chaucer, you have a wonderful opportunity here, are you going to take it or not?" Now, I am seriously confused, "Opportunity?" She takes advantage of my befuddled state and shoves the door open. Shit. The corners of her mouth pull up, and it's so unnatural, it takes me a moment to realize she's smiling. Major plastic surgery? Probably. Click. Did she just lock the door? She locked the door! I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. Certain people now posses genetic traits that can result in mutations allowing them to have power. As part of a government program Lightning Storm was created in the lab, nurtured by chemicals, pain and a hard government regimented system designed to create the ultimate weapon. She was genetically modified to have wings, and be a biological weapon to keep peace. But she has long escaped the holding facility where the 13 mutants grew up together, and now lives a dangerous life as an assassin hiding from government detection, slowly picking off high government officials as a day job, while secretly leading and protecting the now flourishing rebellion that will one day strike back. That is it was secret until the government discovered the 7th city base. Now Lightning and the rebels must struggle to finalize preparations within the two month deadline. "I'm allergic to bullshit." ♧♣♧♣♧♣♧♣♧♣♧ Maya Scoren is unique. But she's not the only one, there are nine others supposed to be besides her; two of which never made it past their mother's womb and one who's incompatible. What makes them special, is also what makes them dangerous. Ripped from their normal, day-to-day,school life, family and friends with no warning, they find out who they are. And why they're alive. But fitting back into that normal life they missed so much is proving to be hard. Especially for Maya, who has a tendency to get herself in trouble and extraordinary situations ENTIRELY her fault. (She'd rather die than admit that of course) Old life brings the problem of boys, unwanted advances, homework, teachers and of course, a boyfriend with she had a rather uncharacteristic meet-up. Scott, Sed, Andy are her childhood friends all the way with her in this. Almost all the way. They didn't expect her to change or to come back at all and they are having a HARD time adjusting to the new Maya. She's dangerous, she's hot and she knows it. She has done a lot in the past two years that will catch up to her and stuff after that which refuses to stay hidden. Controlling CEOs, sensitive boyfriend, an obssessed boss is just the tip of the iceberg. And I'm not even touching the problems at her school. Will all this unwanted attention put her in trouble? Newly 21 year old Ayden Slider discovers during his birthday party that weird things are happening to him all at once. Slowly, these powers start manifest. First, is simply mind reading. With practice can grow to be very useful. Second, super speed. Able to get across the map within minutes. Third, telekinesis developed and he's able to move objects with his mind. Fourth, time manipulation occurs. This stage of powers involves more then trait. Fifth, final power is self regeneration. Able to grow back skin cells and basically be invincible. But not quite. After discovering his mind reading ability Ayden reveals to best friends Cyrus Jones and Amber Monroe what happen to him the night of his birthday. After he convinces them that it's the truth, here starts the long journey of finding his birth parents. During there adventure they come across other people with similar abilities but not quite like Aydens. They only posses one trait. Will he find out who he is?Complete
