This is the second book in a series so please read Emma Larson first so this makes sense. "I know you want to Emma," Meter's said in a low voice. I backed away, but the light booth was small. I clutched my script to my chest as though it were my life. Meters reached over and carefully took the script out of my hands and put it on a stool nearby, while maintaining eye contact with me. His intense stare seemed so bore into my soul and his eyes held something unreadable in them. He walked towards me and pulled me into a hug, his arms around my neck. I wrapped my arms around his waist and just leaned on his chest for a moment. He was so much taller up close, I barely reached his neck. We stood there for a minute, in calm silence, although my heart was beating like a rabbit's. Finally, he released me from his embrace and stepped back to look in my eyes once more. "See? I knew you wanted to," He grinned.
