Kuroshimi Hana had been living a happy life. About to get married to her fiancee, a soon-to-be Queen who would rule gracefully. But then everything went wrong.

She couldn't die even if she wanted to; she's tried jumping off cliffs and stabbing herself in the heart, but to no avail. A hundred years later, Sasuke was re-incarnated, but the moment Hana laid her eyes onto him, she forgot everything. Her name. His name. His importance to her. And her memories would slowly return, day by day, just in time to see Sasuke die before his 18th birthday.
