Astrid Kay has special abilities. Abilities not even she is aware she possesses. When she receives a phone call from her parents telling her she can't come home, she is forced to follow their directions to a place called Necromancy Manor, where she meets many kids that have special abilities as well. As she gets settled into her new home, she meets new friends, a romance sparks, and a kidnapping takes place in which Astrid becomes one of their only hopes.
