It hasn't been an easy journey, but the residents of the region have proven once again that they are stronger than their weaknesses. They have rebuilt and everything seems to be going right once more. Until one gym leader begins to have these...dreams. Dreams that aren't really dreams. Visions of a different time and a different life altogether. At about the same time, earthquakes begin to rip across the region, having no explainable source or epicenter. They appear to be caused by some kind of unnatural being. And this is all extraordinary timing for our heroes to converge on the city for a brief competition; featuring some of the greatest competitors from around the world. After his loss in Unova Ash returns home to regroup and plan which region he will go to next. However while planning his next region, tragedy strikes and his mother dies. to his knowledge he has no other family until one day a familiar visitor arrives offering him a home and revealing a family secret lost for generations. Ash takes this offer and trains his Pokemon for 2 years. Now he is ready to journey out again, this time to Kalos. What will he find in Kalos, will he finally be able to achieve his dreams? And will he find something or someone that he didn't know he was missing when he finds a certain honey blonde. This is rated mature, however there won't be any lemons here but perhaps other some mature topics might get put in here. This will be my first ever attempt at writing so please forgive me and please leave your criticism. if this goes well I might actually write something else. For the most part this will be based off of the cannon, however this will be for the most part an original story. So please enjoy.
