The Legend isn't over yet.
Two months ago, Megaman went up to the moon with a mysterious woman named Yuna and her cybernetic assistant Gatz. Their mission was to stop a goddess from unleashing a seemingly godly force and destroying the planet. The goddess was stopped, but Megaman's means of leaving the moon was destroyed, and he's now trapped on the celestial body.
Back on the surface, ancient machines have begun to reactivate for unknown reasons. Diggers everywhere report that Reaverbots have begun activating everywhere, some even leaving the ruins to attack civilian cities. Odd structures have appeared on certain islands, and the people fear the end of the world.
What happened up on the moon? Did Megaman stop the apocalypse, or did he simply unleash something far worse? Throughout it all, how will the people of earth be affected?
Will a lone pirate find the partner she didn't even know she was searching for?
Will two spotters be reunited with the one they love?
Will a mother's family to come back together?
And will a hero of the past return to face an evil from a past long forgotten?
This is the legend of those who will save the world; Digger, Spotter, Pirate, and Ancient Machine alike...

This is my first story so bear with me. This follows the TNMT movie from 2007, with of course you the lovely reader being added. This isn't the 2012 universe, it has nothing to do with that storyline. It was in that time a warrior king named Yoatl led a brotherhood that fought side by side with one purpose: To conquer the kingdoms of the world. Yoatl had a daughter, Y/N, who fought against his will. She believed her family to be wrong, but trained among them to one day stop her father. But nothing could stand in their way... as they left a trail of destruction behind them. In his quest, Yoatl learned of a constellation known as the stars of Kikan. Every 3,000 years, the stars would align, opening a portal to a world of unknown power. Y/N tried to reason with him, but it was too late. He became immortal, but at a price. His brotherhood was turned to stone. And Y/N? She was forced into immortality alongside her father, as the gods saw punishing her for his wrongdoings was a fitting fate for the king. 13 monsters were unleashed into our world. The king was left on earth, unable to die or forget his mistake. Y/N, trapped in time by her father, never forgave him for what he'd done. She always stays close though, hopeful her father has seen the error of his ways. The monsters that were unleashed, contine to plague mankind to this very day. Humanity once stood on the top of the world. They ruled the planet with an iron grip. Their rise in technology, industry, engineering, and science were quickly growing. However, an invasion on a worldwide scale had occurred in late 2023. Though there were initial successes in repelling these unknown, mechanical entities. They would eventually start to gain ground through quick adoption of newer variants of their beings and adjusting to counter common military tactics. However, more was needed, so came the introduction of Nikkes, an experimental female soldier that would be the first cybernetic frontline soldier. Even though there were attempts of converting males to such a task, they would become unsuccessful, as it was found out that males were more susceptible to cognitive dissonance and suicide. And so, females ranging from 18 to 30 years of age would remain the main source of Nikkes. As the war raged on, more variants of Nikkes would reinforce or replace the quickly diminishing forces of the world. There would be a significant breakthrough in the Nikkes, with the introduction of the Grimm models of Nikkes. Five Nikkes would be produced by a now defunct company. This squad would be called Goddess. They would be commanded by a special forces Captain Nicholas Miller, and through their first missions, they would further prove the effectiveness of specialized Nikkes and even push the Raptures back some. However, even their efforts would not be enough to stop the tithe of Raptures from encompassing Europe. After many years of fighting, there was one last desperate defense of a structure known as the Ark. Unfortunately, humanity would end up underground where they would spend the next 5 centuries fighting the raptures in smaller scale battles, skirmishes, and special operations.
