Welcome to Core, a continent of people who have fallen from their former glory into hostile factions with tensions bristling and the danger of being killed at the forefront of everyone's mind. There are five main factions, four each controlling a large areas of land in each of the Quadrants. The Core Alliance is formed by the old government of the realm and they have created a zone around the main city, not considered one of the Quads. Outside this safe zone, the world is split roughly between the New Regiment to the northwest, the Cardinal Clan to the northeast, the Syndicate to the southeast, and the Remnant Guild to the southwest.
All smaller factions who are not members of the four in the Quadrants are too small to be of any real danger to anyone. There are Raider Factions whose sole purpose is to cause havoc among the world. Anyone without a faction or territory is considered nonexistent.

Over the course of his life, he is outcasted, but luckily he had a friend there through it all. However, when Uzi wants to sneak out one night to find a part of a Railgun, not only does his past get further revealed, but grows attached to a group of girls he thought he would never be with. P.S.
