Alex’s super Hot Dog recipe (as instructed by fellow co-worker, Archie, with additional comments on Alex’s part):
1. Cook the sausage in the pot with boiling water (WITHOUT burning it).
2. Heat up the bun on the stove. 
3. Put the sausage in the bun.
4. Fill it with the toppings of your choice (ketchup, mustard- ew,- mayonnaise, or relish).
5. Don’t get distracted with the incredibly hot guy across from you or think too much about your sexy new neighbor.
6. Enjoy!
