This is my first published novel Under Glass. It's out of print so I'm going to be releasing it here, chapter by chapter for free. As I uploaded I updated it a bit so it's unedited right now.

There are days where a boy with brown eyes still floats into my mind. He had a lopsided grin and a great sense of humor. We dated in college where we danced and talked about all the things we wanted to be when we grew up. We broke up, it was dramatic like all college breakups are. Guys are so unpredictable, untrustworthy, easily bored, and always find a way to disappoint you. Not this one though! "Sometimes the things you need are right under your nose, and you'll miss them if you don't pay attention." That is what my mom always said anyway. Who knew she was right all along. Snapping out of my own thoughts I opened my eyes and he was still there. Down on one knee staring up at me, waiting on an answer. But why me? I ignored you, made you chase me, then brought drama into your life, bombarded you like a soldier on the front line, and invaded your life! Worked my way in like a flea. Yet you love me? REALLY? My hand balled into a fist and went flying before I could think. All I can say is you bet not let me down! Do not be like the others! Do not embarrass me! I'm giving my all to you, leaving it all in your hands... "Ouch!" Ok. Let's do this! I'm not sure how to put these feeling into words so the poetry and song titles are to help you feel what I am feeling as much as possible. This might get a little steamy at times! Hope you enjoy. Also this is a first draft so please excuse any mistakes, thanks!

"Sorry to break it to you, babe," he started as he wrapped his arms around my waist from behind, placing his lips by my ear, "But you were mine from the moment you said 'I do.'" You see, my life was perfectly normal...at some point: college, work, friends, living off of Ramen and Easy-Mac. It was the typical college life that I'm sure many people have lived. But there's one part of my life that only one in a million people have even imagined. "You know, 'Someone somewhere is made for you, I think that person is Senior Michael for me and I am in love with him." "What!? You love him?" Sam stopped on his track. "Yeah." "You sure are weird," he muttered. "Anyway, I am really looking forward to seeing you prove it." "What about the project?" I looked at him hopefully. "Since I am the...um...last-ranked student in the class, he won't select me." "I will think of a way," he promised. "Thank you, Sam!" I said excitedly. "I will never forget this help." I began this story in the summer of 2013; I don't remember what my inspiration for this story was, but I can remember shopping around ideas with friends of mine and then I thought of this, and they all thought it was a dark, and very sad idea. So, years later, I've decided to release it in its unabridged, unedited, copied straight from the file entirety, as one big thing. This is also the only instance where I wrote about a hetero couple. I look up and give him the fakest smile i can put on "did my constant harasser also become my stalker?" i said referring to him saying my name before looking back at my computer. He sat down next to me. "Not a stalker or a harasser just an acquaintance" he said before continuing "also i got your name from your friend, also let her know i do not want her please and thank you" he said before getting up "she doesn't want you either" i responded not moving my eyes from the screen "definitely not what she said last night" he said flashing me a smile which i rolled my eyes to. I was sincerely praying he was grabbing his stuff to go so i wouldn't have another interaction with him, but of course not. His friend left and he came back and sat by me. "I'm trying to do homework can you please go somewhere else" i said in a heavily annoyed tone. "See i would, but one i think you like me too much to actually want me to leave" he said before i cut him off "i don't" he laughed before continuing "this next part is really gonna suck then" he said pausing obviously waiting for a reaction out of me which i don't give him. "fine. you're no fun. we have to schedule our tutoring times" he said before nudging me "i'm your first student to tutor surprise!" he said in a tone that i can only describe as annoying because that's all he is, is annoying. I look up at his face that's gleaming with joy purely because i'm annoyed.

I mumbled as I turned away and headed for the stairs. "I don't need a wife that claims she has love for me when all she wants is to be around other men instead of her own husband." The suicidal girl falls in love with a boy and they live happily ever after, right? This time it's different. Not every story ends in a Happily Ever After.
