The year is 2067, the government has gone corrupt killing innocent people. A rebellion has started against the government, the rebellious group took the name of Retributes. The government made it their job to clear the world from evil, thinking that restarting humanity is the way to do that. The only citizens left in the U.S. find refuge in a destroyed city. After 26 years of staying hidden from the government, the government now knows of the hidden civilization. They will do everything they can to destroy the city, but the Retributes aren't going down without a fight.

Her childhood friend and neighbor, Gilbert stopped talking to her as much when he started middle school, but she still hung out with Ludwig. Her mother was always stressed between being a single mom and dealing with her sister. So the girl used her studies and books as an escape method from the real world. Of course she had some friends, but not many really GOOD friends. NOTE: The reader has Situational Depression DISCLAIMER: I do not own Hetalia, the characters, art, or the au. I only own the plot and whatnot. Fortunately, the sentence in question was not one you'd often see outside of being the start of bad fanfiction, so it was highly unlikely that a sensible man like Berwald Oxenstierna would ever say it, and since this story focuses on him, there is no point on starting with that dreaded sentence. "It was a normal day." Said Alfred F Jones, a bored american on a completely different continent to the unfortunate Berwald. "Well what did you expect?" Asked the american's twin, the equally bored but much more sensible Matthew Williams. He received a glare in response, and there the two sat for the rest of the day while nothing happened. At the exact moment Alfred said the cursed words, on a completely different continent, a Danish man with enough hair gel in his hair to keep an Italian from running away climbed into Berwald's car and ordered him to drive.
