This semi-short novel is about a young boy, Tate, and his adventures of working at a guitar shop his father owns, while trying to win the heart of his long time crush, and make something out of his ability to play the drums. This coming-of-age (as my best friend likes to call it) novella is a cute, and utterly interesting book to read; capturing the true essence of being a teen but, with a twist. Disclaimer: The F Bomb is dropped in some parts to add emphasis to a part. Sorry if you don't like cursing. This is my work, do not steal. I am also not the greatest writer, nor am I a grammar extraordinaire, so pardon my horrible skills a bit. Thank you for reading this obnoxiously long description!

-Let's just stay here forever- Alice Clarke lives in a dingy flat in London with her Dad until something changes. Her Dad is killed. She is sent to a home for minors who have gone through trauma. She is silent, blaming herself until she meets Fergus, a Scottish boy filled with energy. He teaches Alice how to be young while she can. But how can Alice stay in such a small town with only Fergus keeping her afloat? She can't possibly let their friendship become more- not when her Dad's just died. Trapped inside her own thoughts, Alice has to face the inevitable truth that she won't be young and with Fergus for long. Not when she leaves. *Any comments and critique and/or corrections are really appreciated* Thank you so much for reading! xx
