Kirsten Crombie, a schizophrenic 23 year old girl, uses drugs to to make her feel sane. The "hallucinations" she sees sober scare her, but the hallucinations she sees while high make her feel in control. She knows where they come from and what they're caused by.
So thats how she got herself into this situation. Accepting a new drug on the street that seems to be just the high she was chasing. Its kind of strange though. Nobody else has seen it before, shes the only customer, and it GLOWS.
No matter though, it gets the job done, so shes not asking any questions.
Thats Sam and Dean's job.
