Minase Tsukia is an angel in the one piece world, she is the only angel in the 4 blues, but she wants to see the world so she left. She knows that other Angels can hunt her down if she leaves because of her mysterious black wings that can absorb any devils fruit power. So then she bumps into Luffy. He claims he’s going to be the next Pirate King, Tsukia has met the pirate king and she thinks that he cannot match up to him, but she helps him anyway. On their journey they Meet Roronoa Zoro, the fabled Pirate Hunter, She and Zoro don’t get along, they’re competitive and rude to each other, but could this quarrel become something more?
