Minase Tsukia is an angel in the one piece world, she is the only angel in the 4 blues, but she wants to see the world so she left. She knows that other Angels can hunt her down if she leaves because of her mysterious black wings that can absorb any devils fruit power. So then she bumps into Luffy.
