Mavis Tigerclaw is the older adopted sister of X-Ray and she treats his best friend, Vav, like he's her brother as well. Ever since they both decided to become heroes, she swore to watch over them and be their personal hero. And they didn't mind, actually they preferred it that way. When X-Ray's mom adopted Mavis she was already an outcast because she was stronger and a lot more violent than any of the other orphans.

Now that the trio has grown to their twenties, the dreams they had were starting to become true. X-Ray and Vav are becoming rising heroes and Mavis has started her succession as a popular author. As time goes on she soon finds the one that completes her but not without some difficulties of course.
