This book is currently being rewritten; however, I will not be taking the old ones down until the rewrite is complete. Until then both old and new chapters will be available in this book. The new ones will be clearly marked rewritten to eliminate confusion. Check the table of contents if you would prefer to start with the rewritten version, although the old version is already complete. Feedback and constructive criticism are much appreciated! ------------------- Humans were never meant to become alphas. At least, that's what has been the unspoken assumption for as long as anyone can remember. Alpha Embers is about to burn a hole in that though, after all you know what they say about making assumptions!

1st Book - The King of Rogues 2nd Book - Alpha Archer's Weakness "My mate. The man standing a few feet away is all muscle and dominance, his presence radiating heat even from a distance. His sharp gaze pins me in place, and for a heartbeat, I forget how to breathe. Only then do I realize where I am-the lake. The same damn lake where he found me yesterday. How foolish of me. Running now would be pointless. He'd catch me before I made it ten steps. I let out a slow, resigned sigh and decide to do as he says. My bones crack as I shift back into human form, skin prickling against the cool air. I stand, naked but unashamed, licking the last trace of blood from my lips as I meet his eyes. His stare burns through me-intense, searching, hungry. Why does he look at me like that?"
