How happy are you last Christmas? This story is about a boy spending his Christmas Eve. I tried writing this story to practice telling descriptions of the things around the character. This story is gloomy though. I hope you like it!

It's a Calvin Christmas like no other - singing carols, reading 'Twas The Night Before Christmas, and Scott burning the turkey. Yep, your typical Christmas at the Calvin household. ...Or so they thought! Annabelle Calvin, or 'Bell' for short, just turned 16 and finally gets to live with her dad, Scott Calvin, after her parents divorce. Just when she was having a Christmas movie marathon with her best friend Holly Clementine, they hear a loud thump from the roof. When they go to investigate what it was with Annabelle's younger brother Charlie, they see something they thought was only in their imagination. Suddenly, they are taken to the North Pole by none other than Santa's very own reindeers and sleigh. Once they arrive at the North Pole, they are greeted by Bernard, Head Elf No.1, and his younger brother Luke, Head Elf No.2, who tell them that Scott officially became the new Santa Claus as soon as he put on the suit.
