Avi Kaplan was your usual nice guy with so much to offer to the world with his voice. He had everything. A beautiful girlfriend, a loving family, an outstanding talent, amazing friends and the fame and fortune anyone could wish for. Everything was going so well, until one day, his darkest secret become whole again. All in one night, he lost his girlfriend, his family, his friends and his musical ability. He lost it all because of a secret that should never been uncovered. Now 2 years on, Avi decided to start a new life in England to become a music teacher in Blue Lake City. Starting his new life, he's promised himself that he will never get attached to anyone or anything and never to let anyone get under his skin. Avi always thought that he was alone in this world, with no one to understand him, but what happens when he meets a talented musician named Emily who also happens to be his student? Emily's got many secrets of her own but can she trust Avi with her Demons? Will Avi ever become the person he was before? Will Emily be able to open up to Avi? Will Avi ever learn to love again? And will Emily ever be able to be who she really is? Sometimes two people need to take two steps back to realised what they really need.
