Before you read the summary, I want you to know that this isn't a story about paranormal beings falling in love, with each other or ordinary people. It is about the horrifying and unusual consequences caused be love. "How?" You may wonder...well I guess you'll just have to read and find out. "There was still something there that rang so familiar inside of him, in a place he had long forgotten about. But as a word hangs from one's lips at precise time it's needed or a person is overcome with an overwhelming sense of déjà vu, he just couldn't figure out where he had seen her before. Before this city. Before the last city. Before the city before that. Maybe even before Hell itself." A man's unusual beginning leaves him empty and without a memory. All he knows is that he doesn't belong here, but there is literally no way in Hell he would ever go back to where he came from. Will he choose to be who he once was? However... one day a man with horns appears in the dumpster outside her apartment complex, she thought he may have been a regular cosplayer just trying to get by... until she noticed his wounds and how fatal they were, he was undoubtedly swaying between life and death. Something within her had pushed aside her usual uncaring self and made her decide to help the man. Yet, she was too naive to realize how bad her situation became... Dazod is the Demon Prince (some already given the title "demon lord") has learned to not trust humans, but to kill them with no mercy, and not just humans, any species as well. However, when he travels to the human world one night he is chased and ends up wavering between life and death! Yet, he somehow survives with the help of a young human girl with golden eyes. Rules are stated that if a human finds out about you, you must kill that human. Somehow he couldn't do it, though this girl is rude to him, she doesn't believe him, so there would be no point. The day after an ordeal happens which causes Dazod to have to stay in the human dimension and having to protect Esme... even if he didn't want to at first. Everything in the world was fine, perfectly okay, at least it was until a woman fell from the sky. At that moment the world fell silent, and that was when hell tore itself from the ground. What no one knows is why she fell and why it resulted in the destruction of heaven, hell, and everything between. Depending on who tells the story it was a beast created by an accidental mutation, some say it was an angel that started the fires, and others say it was a demon that burned them all but no one really knows, not until now. The truth has been uncovered but now no one wants to listen because the truth is just as terrifying as the stories, so only one question remains unanswered: Who burned the world to the ground, the beast, the demon, or the angel?
