Long after the debut of Girls Generation as a 9 member group in 2007, and the recent debuts of the 5 member girl group f(x) in 2009 and 5 member boy band SHINee in 2008, SM entertainment decides to take a chance to debut a 12 member girl group named Supernova alongside their 12 member boy band , Exo, who also would be the first multi member boy group to debut after Super Junior, who had debuted in 2005. But will they succeed? Or will they be like every other group and barely last nearly a year?
